Special Interest Groups(SIG)
In addition to the events published in the main Programme, there are various other activities organised by the club throughout the year, including Special Interest Groups(SIGs)
These groups give enthusiastic members a chance to dive into a specific area of photography they love, meeting online or in person to share ideas and inspiration. Our aim is to encourage more groups to start up.
Macro SIG
Our aim is to have fun and improve our Macro photography. Each month we have a Macro theme or topic and discuss our ideas and images at an indoor meeting. We cover composition, location and image processing and explore how they can be used to turn good images into great pictures. To see a gallery of images click on the image on the left.
We have regular Macro photoshoots at interesting locations both local and further afield.
