We were pleased to welcome Peter Ottley LRPS to the club on Thursday, to judge our most recent competition. He did a fine job of judging over 60 Prints, in our Nature, Food and Open Categories. The winner of the Nature Category was Don Easter with ‘Female Common Blue Dragonfly, second place went to John Flanagan with ‘Marble Whites and third place went to Becky Macmillan-Adams’ with Common Blue Damselfly.
We had some imaginative entries in the Food Category, with an amazingly constructed “Egg Plant “by Lorraine Best in third place and a fantastically choreographed “Cocktail” photo by Colin Evans in second place, however the Food Category was won by John Flanagan with ‘The City Chippy’
The Open Category was won by Becky Macmillan-Adams with a beautifully created stained glass photo called ‘Stained Glass Art’, second place went to John Flanagan with ‘Board Meeting’ and third place to Colin Evans with ‘Lemonade’
